Consultation process

Simply click on the BOOK NOW button in the menu above and complete our online booking form. You will be allocated a vet with expertise relevant to your pet and sent an an email with instructions on how to begin your online appointment.

Consultation options:

OPTION 1- Web browser video consultations

This is our standard platform and utilises a website called whereby. It allows you to have a face-to-face vet consultation in the browser of your computer or smartphone without installing any external apps or software. Please note that Apple restricts this technology on its iPhones and iPads so if you intend to use one of these devices you will need to install the whereby app on your device first.

OPTION 2- Skype video consultations

Simply include your Skype username when prompted during booking and your vet will call you on Skype to conduct your consultation.

OPTION 3- Phone call

If you do not have access to a webcam or smartphone we can simply call you on the number you provide during the booking process and conduct your consultation over the phone.
